Tim Swain

As an internationally recognized leader, award winning performer and catalyst for social change, Tim Swain has inspired global audiences for nearly 20 years. With over 15 years of experience as a leadership development professional and program manager, he uses his unique style of empowerment to fuse life lessons into entertaining and innovative seminars.  

He is a global citizen and a Grant Specialist with Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (PMIEF), an organization that enables youth to realize their potential and transform lives through project management. Swain holds a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Education from Texas State University, as well as a Masters in Theology from the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Ghana.  

Swain has extensive experience in curating, innovating, and developing leadership programs for various countries including Ghana, UK, and Jamaica.  He is a transition and cultural consultant, and a bi-continental citizen, traveling between the U.S. and Ghana with his wife and son.
