Samuel Mue is an upcoming Social Impact and International Development Consultant with extensive experience in youth leadership, and sustainability seeking to build a sustainable future for all. He is passionate about ensuring that there is meaningful youth participation and involvement in the formulation of policies and implementation of projects aimed at addressing some of the pertinent issues affecting society. Some of the issues that Samuel is keen on working on include mitigating the impacts of climate change (SDG 13 & 12), ensuring just energy transition (SDG 7), and transforming education (SDG 4)He is driven to build a network of African Sustainability Leaders that are determined to promote African development that is inclusive, equitable, and sustainable enabling Africa to compete favourably with the rest of the world. He currently serves as Kenya’s Rep to the Commonwealth Students Association and the Executive Director of Kenya Ni Mimi.
