Lucy Ward

Lucy, an Academic Engagement Specialist at PMI, is deeply passionate about empowering students and early career professionals. Having joined PMI in April 2021, Lucy’s journey began as the Region Youth Lead for North America, where she spearheaded impactful initiatives to bridge the gap between academia and the project management industry. As a strong advocate for education, she played a pivotal role in implementing Citizen Development training in colleges and universities in the region, equipping the next generation of professionals with cutting-edge skills.

Beyond the academic realm, Lucy is an ardent advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and sustainability. Her passion for creating a positive impact on the world drives her to collaborate with experts in the field, empowering professionals to harness Citizen Development for accelerated technological changes and advancement of the SDGs.
