Kheri R. Mbiro

Kheri is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Breakthrough Attorneys, a full sized corporate commercial law firm in Tanzania. He is an Accredited Arbitrator, a Registered Tax Consultant, and a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) global currently serving as it’s Tanzania Chapter President. He is also co-founder of a technology company known as Breakthrough Technologies Africa Limited, a software solutions company. Kheri founded and manages Laws of Tanzania 101, an online platform with over 15,000 Members discussing issues of policies, law, regulations, economy and general development matters in Tanzania and beyond.

Kheri has advised and consulted in major projects across the country including those with cross-border element in the manufacturing, mining, agriculture, FMCGs, Finance, and energy among others. Apart from sitting in various boards and task forces including; Silicon Zanzibar Initiative; Kheri is active in speaking, writing, training, capacity building and policy advocacy in various areas including law, project management, capital mobility and venture capital, innovation, startups, technology, labor mobility, and creative sector.
