Karin Van Rooyen

Karin is one of the founding members of PM.Ideas Pty Ltd whose passion is developing people and enabling organisational improvement. As an International Consultant, Karin has developed and implemented various project management, leadership, and business skills programmes for several multi-national organisations both in private and public sectors.

Karin has extensive business, project, program and portfolio management experience, in General Business, Information and Communications Technology as well as Mining & Engineering business management. Karin has been actively involved in fulfilling different roles, including coaching and mentoring, as well as developing and presenting training various training programmes. Karin has assisted numerous organisations in defining their strategy, improving their operating model, and their people’s project management, leadership, and business skills and competency levels over the past 25 years. Karin holds certifications in PMP®, Disciplined Agile® Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), PMI-PBA® & Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator.
