Julia Muiruri

Julia is a passionate Microsoft Cloud Advocate who delivers tech content globally, empowering the next generation of developers to learn new developer tools and grasp cloud computing concepts. Julia started her Microsoft journey as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, earning the prestigious Gold Ambassador title for her dedication to upskilling other students in her community. Her notable efforts landed her an industry attachment with the Africa Development Centre, and, ultimately, her current role at Microsoft, where she specializes in advocacy for app development – creating learning resources and experiences where she shares her skills in frontend development and Azure deployment Services. Outside of upskilling the world, Julia also spends her time protecting native wildlife with the power of AI, as COO and CO-founder of Rhions Lab.
