Innocentia Mahlangu

Innocentia Mahlangu (PMP) is a global award-winning Project Manager & Civil Engineer, keynote speaker and author. She has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. She has held positions such as design engineer, resident engineer as well as roles in project and construction management. In her current role at Hatch, she is a specialist project manager in the project management and construction division, overseeing projects in the mining, metals, energy and infrastructure sectors. Innocentia serves on the executive board at the South African Institution of Civil Engineering and is Vice President for Professional Development at the PMI South Africa Chapter. She is also the chair for diversity at SAICE. Additionally, she is the founder of a non-profit organisation for women in engineering, SHEngineers and the author of Unleash Your Unique Advantage, a book dedicated to advancing women. She is also a PMI Future 50 recepient and the PMI Global Rising Leader for 2022.
