Emolot Allan David

Emolot Allan David is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in youth leadership, development practice, climate change, advocacy for socio-economic development and Africa’s Industralisation agenda. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Independent Continental Youth Advisory Council on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), he plays a pivotal role in facilitating youth participation in the implementation processes of the AfCFTA. Emolot has gained extensive professional experience through his involvement with renowned organizations such as the African Union Youth Envoy Office, World Vision International, MSTCDC, and the Human Rights and Peace Centre at the School of Law, Makerere University, among others. In recognition of his significant contributions, he was honored with an esteemed award as one of the top 100 most influential people of African descent supporting the United Nations International Decade of African Descent (2015-2024) in 2022. Emolot’s dedication to youth economic empowerment, governance, Africa’s Industralisation Agenda and human rights establishes him as a respected leader and advocate in his field.
