Bulla Boma Hekeno is the Co-Founder and Director of HEBO Consult who has etched her mark in the project management discipline across various sectors over an illustrious 17-year career.

With an educational background in ICT and Business Administration, Bulla holds a BSc in Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management. Her passion for project management advancement has led her to pursue and earn a range of prestigious credentials such as the Project Management Professional (PMP®) and the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM®) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the esteemed Project Management Institute (PMI®); Bulla’s reputation is well-earned. Beyond these certifications, she emerges as a coach and mentor of unmatched caliber, ushering both young graduates and seasoned professionals into the intricate art and science of project management across the public and private sectors all across the East Africa through her work at HEBO Consult.

Under her visionary leadership, HEBO Consult has birthed pioneering programs and partnerships with global educational and research authorities including PMI®, CertifProf, PeopleCert and Westford University, empowering thousands of team members and facilitating hundreds of professionals across various industries with global standard credentials such as the PMP®. Other programs she spearheads include The Future Project Professional Program (FPP), an initiative, tailored for university students and fresh graduates, aiming to bridge the prevalent industry’s job and talent gaps, reinforcing her belief: ”The Future is Bright, the Future is Projects.”
