Billy is an experienced ICT expert with over 18 years of leadership experience in the mining and banking sectors. He specializes in digital transformation, IT strategy, information security management, ICT operations, telecoms, and solution development. He is a TED Speaker, keynote speaker, and has had several global speaking engagements. Notable events include the PM 4 Ukraine and PM 4 the World charity conferences, where funds were raised for charitable causes. Currently, Billy is the Head of Information Technology at FNB Zambia and Vice President for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Zambia Chapter. He is an advocate for progressive ICT regulations and holds advisory board and council member positions in esteemed organizations.
