Andrea Pratt-Smith

Andrea Pratt-Smith is a Bahamian visionary who advocates for the empowerment of others through continuous learning, networking, and community building.
She is passionate about philanthropic projects and strongly supports volunteerism, serving in numerous volunteer capacities locally and internationally. She is an active member of her local church, a Certified Youth Leader, member of the Bahamas National Society of Youth Practitioners and FEM STEM Bahamas Advisory Board member.
Andrea has numerous professional globally accredited agile and project management certifications and is a continuous learner. She is a member of the Project Management
Institute (PMI), PMI’s Baton Rouge and Chicagoland Chapters, Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance, South Florida Agile Association, Lean in Agile (LIA), Women PowerUP Network, Women in Agile, Women in Kanban and Toastmasters.
