Achille Ubalijoro

With over 28 years of experience, Achille Ubalijoro is a visionary leader in project and program management, specializing in strategic digital solutions globally. Currently the Chairman of Irembo, he drives the development of e-government and e-payment products, expanding access to 100+ online public services for millions in Rwanda and beyond.

Achille is equally dedicated to nurturing individuals and organizations for a better world. As a Trainee Professional Business Coach at Coaching de Gestion, he learns to empower clients for personal and professional success. He mentors at the Black Wealth Club, serves on the boards of PMI-Montreal and the Canadian Consortium for the Digital Economy in Africa, and founded the Rwandan Professionals Network in Canada.

Educated at École Polytechnique de Montréal (B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering) and Concordia University (MBA Strategic Management of Technology), Achille boasts numerous ITIL, Agile, Project & Program Management certifications.
