George Asamani

George Asamani is the Managing Director for PMI’s Sub-Saharan Africa region. He is responsible for scaling the impact of PMI in Africa through chapter enablement, organizational development, sector partnerships and social impact. He works with PMI’s vast network to engage with corporate and educational institutions – offering solutions that develop skills and drive efficiency.

George holds a BSc Physics from Kings College London and an MBA from London Business School.

Lee is a Past President of the Central Ohio PMI and was one of the Founders of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Mish-al Booley is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and Project Management Professional with over 10 years’ experience in Public Sector Project, Program and Contract Management. A civil engineering BSc and ECSA registration followed by extensive experience in the Western Cape Provincial Government’s Roads and Education Infrastructure Sector, where he specialized in mega capital projects, routine maintenance, and emergency maintenance. He holds a professional certification (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and is currently in a Senior Project Manager position at the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality, Future Planning and Resilience Directorate’s Corporate Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (C3PM) department.
