Alice is an International Health professional with Program Management experience spanning 22 years with a focus in HIV and AIDS, Nutrition, Neglected Tropical Diseases, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, & broader health programming in Sub Saharan Africa. She provides oversight in design, planning, management, coordination, monitoring and technical support for multi-sectoral projects. Has successfully worked with international and local partners and collaborated with Ministries of Health, Gender and Education in East, Central and Southern Africa to deliver projects that provide integrated services to under-served populations in sustainable, measurable and meaningful ways, including recently setting up a Toll -free hotline and WhatsApp Chatbot that will provide answers to health questions across all SRHR topics and referrals/linkages to various points of care. This will ensure the youth know about their rights to health and safety, so they can protect themselves, make informed choices, and seek out health services, ultimately actualizing their full health rights. Alice is well versed in program management, implementation science, performance monitoring and organizational capacity strengthening and mentoring.

Howard is a Civil Engineer passionate in matters spatial planning with over 17 years of experience in design and construction of Roads, 5 of which he has worked in The Road Corridor Management Directorate of The Kenya National Highways Authority. He has interacted first-hand with handling and processing roadside developments, reclaiming encroached road reserves, processing land acquisition for road expansions and evaluating compensation during resettlement action on Highway development contracts.
He is a graduate of Civil Engineering (JKUAT) a Holder of a Master of Laws, in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication and has Studied a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management at Jomo Kenyatta University. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of industries, including Mining Process Plant Construction, Mining Maintenance Operations, Power Generation, Telecommunications, and Road and Building Construction Projects. Throughout his career, Frank has thrived in key roles with Organizations such as TIC, Mantrac Ghana, Woodgroup Power Operations, Zain, and Vodafone Ghana.
Presently, Frank serves as the Project Director for FESPONN COMPANY LIMITED, where he has consistently demonstrated his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Additionally, he is the CEO of Tech Startup – Tabor Online, which is the driving force behind the Social Networking apps and websites, kasalingua and apprecia8.
A former diplomat with US Agency for International Development, Dr. Keeys has worked in portfolio, program, and project management, strategy, and organizational leadership in the international development field, and as a consultant, researcher, author, and presenter. She has presented at international conferences and published in journals and books on organizational project management, strategy, benefits co-creation, open innovation, and sustainable development. She is an adjunct professor at the SKEMA Business School in Paris, a visiting research fellow at the Project Management Group, WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, and former part-time faculty at Boston University Metropolitan College master’s program in project management from 2014-2017. She is a member of the International Editorial Board of the International Journal of Project Management, former president of the PMI South Africa Chapter, and now a PMI Global Board Director. Susan also has a Knowledge Management professional certificate from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Susan is a certified Hofstede Insights Organizational Culture consultant, Cultural Adaptability Profile, and Cross-Cultural consultant. In this role, she delivers culture training and workshops throughout the United States and internationally.
